Banded V-Belts

Banded V-belts are made with natural rubber and SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), which provides excellent wear resistance.

Available in B, C and D sizes, these belts have a common backing made with a cotton/polyester – neoprene construction which enhances lateral stability and prevents the belts from turning over or coming off the drive. This belt design minimizes vibration and can be covered with several elastomer materials.

Our banded belts are reinforced with polyester tensile members. Kevlar® tensile member is available on request. Banded V-belts are commonly used on puller applications downline from extrusion operations. Consult our technical team for correct combination of section and cord type.
